700 g small potatoes
200 g Reblochon cheese (camembert optional)
100 g smoked sliced bacon | ½ cup
50 g lardon or pancetta | ¼ cup
1 glass of dry white wine
200 ml cream | 1 cup
2 onions
1 clove of garlic
30 g butter | 2 tbsp
thyme
Salt and black pepper
