Do you like beans? In these fritters I use two types of bean because they give different taste, color and texture. You will be surprised how delicious they turn out. You can also bake them in the oven if you do not like fried foods.

Ingredients for 4 servings:
1 can white beans
1 can red kidney beans
1 bunch of green onion
50 g bread crumbs
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp chilli
1 red pepper
30 ml olive oil
1 clove of garlic
Zest of 1 lemon
Salt
Iceberg lettuce
All-purpose flour
Olive oil for frying
