Ingredients for 4 servings: 500 g boneless, skinless chicken thighs 2 tbsp tomato paste 4 roasted red peppers 1 onion 3 cloves of garlic 1 tsp smoked paprika 250 ml chicken stock 2 sprigs of parsley 40 ml olive oil 50 g sour cream 400 g pappardelle pasta Salt and black pepper
