These are some of my favorite and easy to make purees. Classic potato puree which can be eaten with so many meals, puree with sweet potato which is pleasantly sweet and puree with cauliflower, which is also appropriate for a keto diet.

For the potato puree:
500 g starchy potatoes
150 ml hot milk
80 g butter
Salt
For the sweet potato puree:
1-2 sweet potatoes
1 sprig of rosemary
2 cloves of garlic
70 g butter
100 ml hot milk
1 pinch of nutmeg
Salt and black pepper
For the cauliflower puree:
1 small cauliflower
100 ml heavy cream
150 ml milk
50 g butter
1 clove of garlic
2 sprigs of thyme
Salt and white pepper
