Classic potato puree which can be eaten with so many meals, puree with sweet potato which is pleasantly sweet and puree with cauliflower, which is also appropriate for a keto diet. For the potato puree: 500 g starchy potatoes 150 ml hot milk 80 g butter Salt For the sweet potato puree: 1-2 sweet potatoes 1 sprig of rosemary 2 cloves of garlic 70 g butter 100 ml hot milk 1 pinch of nutmeg Salt and black pepper For the cauliflower puree: 1 small cauliflower 100 ml heavy cream 150 ml milk 50 g butter 1 clove of garlic 2 sprigs of thyme Salt and white pepper
