Muhammara is super popular Middle Eastern dip. It’s a great roasted red pepper dip with walnuts and spices. All you need is some homemade pita bread.

3 red peppers
2 tomatoes
100 g walnuts
2 tbsp pomegranate molasses
2 cloves of garlic
5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
½ tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander powder
Salt and black pepper
