These potatoes are golden brown on the outside and super tender on the inside. I love it! Potatoes with truffles and parmesan cheese are great combo, so I made homemade super easy mayonnaise with truffle paste. Yammy 😊

600 g new potatoes
2 sprigs basil
6 cloves garlic
40 g parmesan cheese
50 g butter
Salt and black pepper
For the mayonnaise:
1 egg
200 ml sunflower oil
1 tsp mustard
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp black truffle paste
