Ingredients for 4 servings:
1 head cauliflower
60 ml olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
½ tsp smoked paprika
Salt and black pepper
Iceberg lettuce for serving
For the curry sauce:
180 g mayonnaise
70 g sour cream
30 g ginger
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp curry powder
30 g butter
1 tbsp lemon juice
