220 g softened butter
180 g brown sugar
180 g molasses
4 eggs
300 g all-purpose flour
250 ml cold coffee
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ginger powder
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg powder
½ tsp clove powder
Zest of 1 orange
For the syrup:
50 ml Marsala wine
100 g sugar
For the hazelnut croquant:
80 g sugar
80 g roasted hazelnuts
For the frosting:

200 g powdered sugar
2 tbsp orange juice
1 tsp vanilla
