I’m a hummus lover! I often use a canned chickpea to make this amazing spread, but the best hummus is made with dry chickpeas. If you make a hummus from scratch, believe me this is the recipe! The taste is just wonderful! Sometimes I eat the hummus when is still warm with flat bread on side!

250 g dry chickpeas
1 lemon
1 clove of garlic
2 tbsp tahini paste
2 tsp baking powder
60 ml extra virgin olive oil
