This is a traditional Easter bread in my country! I like it so much that I eat it without occasion any time of the year! I just love Easter bread. It's usually made in different shapes, but it's so beautiful as muffins, right?

450 g all-purpose flour
120 g sugar
70 g melted butter
120 ml lukewarm milk
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
Zest of 1 lemon
7 g dry yeast
80 g raisins
30 ml rum
