This is one of my favorite salads. The classic salad Nicoise is with green beans, but I like to replace them with green asparagus. Try the salad with asparagus, you won't regret it! Enjoy the recipe!

Ingredients for 4 servings:
500 g spring baby potatoes
300 g green asparagus
200 g cherry tomatoes
6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
1 tsp mustard
200 g tuna fish fillets in olive oil
100 g olives
4 boiled eggs
1 clove of garlic
2 sprigs of basil
Iceberg lettuce
Salt and black pepper
