Chilli con carne is one of my favorite meals. This spicy, comfortable food can’t be better.

Ingredients for 4 servings:
500 g minced beef
1 onion
400 g tin of kidney beans
2 cloves of garlic
1 whole chipotle chilli
1 tsp hot smoked paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander seed
30 g dark chocolate 99% cacao * optional
2 tbsp tomato paste
200 g tin chopped tomatoes
1 bay leaf
400 ml beef stock
80 ml olive oil
Salt
For serving:
1 bunch of coriander
4 tbsp sour cream
1 avocado
