Ingredients for 4 servings:
250 g glass noodles
1 cucumber
2 carrots
1 green chilli
1 bunch of green onion
40 g raw cashew
Lettuce iceberg
1 bunch of coriander
2 sprigs of basil
For the dressing:
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp dark sesame seed oil
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1 clove garlic
40 g ginger
1 lime
