600 g pork tenderloin
4 slices of bread
50 g parmesan cheese
½ tsp smoked paprika
1 sprig of rosemary
1 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp capers
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 clove of garlic
2 tbsp lemon juice
