400 ml sunflower oil | 2 cups
300 ml red wine vinegar | 1½ cups
4 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp black peppercorns
7 tbsp sugar
4 sprigs thyme
1 bay leaves
3 tbsp honey
1 tbsp salt
