1.2 kg pumpkin
2 shallots
2 cloves of garlic
1 sprig of rosemary
50 ml olive oil + brushing
1 l vegetable stock
2 roasted red peppers
Salt and black pepper
Cream for serving
For the bread cubes:
1 ciabatta bread
50 g parmesan cheese
1 pinch of chilli
30 ml extra virgin olive oil
