As you know tiramisu is one of my favorite desserts and I improvise on the subject every month. Tiramisu cupcakes are sweet, delicious and easy to make! Ingredients for 10 pieces: For the dough: 125 g softened butter 125 g sour cream 200 g all-purpose flour 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 160 g sugar 1 tsp baking powder 1 pinch of salt For the syrup: 200 ml espresso 150 g sugar 20 ml brandy For the icing: 250 g mascarpone 1 tsp vanilla extract 50 g melted butter 150 g powdered sugar Cocoa powder
