200 g arborio rice
800 ml mushroom stock
4 springs thyme
4 cloves of garlic
150 ml white wine
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil
10 g dried porcini mushrooms
Salt and black pepper
For garnish:
80 g parmesan cheese
50 g butter
2 springs of parsley
1/2 small bunch chives
Zest of 1 lemon
For the mushroom:
500 g mushrooms
1 clove of garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
2 sprigs of thyme
