Pork fillet neck steaks are one of my favorite cuts of pork! Combined with a very fresh and aromatic chimichurri butter they are just great! Ingredients for 2-4 servings: 2-4 pork neck fillet steaks Olive oil Salt and black pepper For the chimichurri butter: 100 g softened butter 1 bunch of parsley 2 cloves of garlic 2 green onions 20 ml red wine vinegar 50 ml olive oil 1 tsp dry oregano ½ tsp chilli powder Salt Food channel L - a new recipe every day!
